Clear terms for digital products and services

These terms apply when you use NexiaMath.com or purchase from Wonder World Host Limited. By completing an order, you confirm that you can enter into this agreement and that the order information is accurate.

Products, plans, and payment

The product page and checkout show the included files, activation allowance, billing period, currency, support, and price. Taxes or payment-provider charges are shown when applicable. An order is complete only after payment is confirmed. Recurring billing applies only when checkout explicitly describes an automatically renewing plan.

WordPress and software licensing

WordPress products may include components distributed under the GPL and third-party assets under their stated licenses. The NexiaMath commercial license governs access to updates, support, downloads, hosted services, and activation limits; it does not override rights granted by an applicable open-source license. You may not share account credentials, license keys, private update URLs, or paid download access with unrelated parties.

Subscriptions, expiration, and cancellation

You can stop a future renewal according to the controls available in your account or by contacting support before the renewal is processed. When a plan expires, an installed product may continue to run, while updates, new downloads, activations, and support can end. Refunds are governed by the published refund policy and mandatory consumer law.

Open-source deployment services

Service scope, customer responsibilities, infrastructure costs, handover, maintenance, and acceptance criteria are defined in the selected service or written proposal. Open-source projects remain owned and licensed by their respective maintainers. NexiaMath charges for professional implementation and operations, not ownership of community software or trademarks.

Acceptable use and account security

You must not attack the service, evade activation limits, automate abusive requests, distribute malware, infringe rights, or use the marketplace unlawfully. Keep access to your purchasing email secure and notify support promptly of suspected compromise. We may restrict access necessary to contain fraud, abuse, or a security incident.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep downloads, licensing, and support reliable, but maintenance and failures can occur. Back up your sites and test updates in staging. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NexiaMath is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, or data loss, and aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service during the preceding twelve months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be published with a new date. Questions, cancellation requests, or legal notices can be submitted through the NexiaMath contact page. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
