Simple, fair product licensing

A NexiaMath license connects a purchased product to your account and controls access to activations, updates, downloads, and support.

Activation limits

Your plan shows the number of active production installations allowed. Development and staging installations may be recognized separately when the domain clearly uses a local or staging convention.

License transfers

You can deactivate an installation from your dashboard and move the available activation to another website. Repeated automated transfers intended to share one license between unrelated customers are not permitted.

Renewals and expiration

Active subscriptions include new releases and support. If a subscription expires, the installed product continues to work, but new downloads, updates, and support may be unavailable.

Client work

Agency plans may be used for client websites up to the purchased activation limit. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the original product package.

Service resilience

Our products use a reasonable offline grace period. A temporary licensing service outage will not immediately disable a customer website.
